Quiche Lorraine Recipe With Lactose Free Milk

1 prepared refrigerated pie crust
1 oz cooked bacon, sliced into strips. About 6 slices
3 lg. eggs
3 lg. egg whites
1 c Lactaid® Whole Milk
1⁄4 c scallions, chopped
1 c swiss cheese, shredded
1⁄4 T black pepper


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. Prepare the pie crust into a pie pan, set aside.
  3. Whisk togheter the eggs, eggs yolks, salt and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  4. Sprinkle the cheese in the pie shell and distribute evenly. Continue with the bacon and the scallions. Por the egg mixture on top of the cheese, bacon and scallions.
  5. Bake for about 40 minutes at 350°F, until firm but still a little giggly.
